Surventrix reflects on the Sava Residential Surveying Expo 2025
The Coventry Building Society Arena was buzzing with energy on Tuesday, 7th October, for the return of the Sava Residential Surveying Expo – and the Surventrix team was thrilled to be right in the heart of the action as bronze event sponsors.
This year’s event was bigger and better than ever, and from the moment the doors opened, it was clear it was the place to be for anyone in the residential surveying industry.
The exhibition hall was alive with over 700 delegates, creating a fantastic atmosphere of connection and innovation.
It was a brilliant and busy day for us at the Surventrix stand, where we had the pleasure of showcasing our latest developments.
Our team, led by Chief Marketing Officer Ian Bullock, Marketing Manager Ian Hughes, and Head of Sales Ryan Oakes, spent the day connecting with industry professionals, from seasoned experts to the next generation of surveyors just starting their journey.
We were truly inspired by the conversations we had and the passion for the industry that was evident everywhere we looked. Our CMO, Ian Bullock, summed up the feeling perfectly:

The agenda was packed with invaluable insights and discussions. The Technical Stage was standing room only for talks on hot topics like the implications of AI, the Home Survey Standard consultation, and RdSAP 10, demonstrating the industry's commitment to moving forward.
Equally inspiring was the Careers Stage, where Sava graduates like Daniel Hopla and Christopher Moran shared their real-life journeys, offering motivation and practical advice to those aspiring to build their own careers in the profession. It was fantastic to see such a strong focus on nurturing new talent.
