A Big Day in Coventry: Surventrix at the Residential Surveying Expo 2026

Yesterday, the Surventrix team returned to the SAVA Residential Surveying Expo at the Coventry Building Society Arena, and what a day it was.

From the moment the doors opened at 10am, our stand was busy with surveyors, firm owners, students and industry professionals keen to see what's next for residential surveying technology.

By the time the day wrapped up, it was clear that the Expo had been one of our most successful events to date.

Leading the way with AI, CRM and surveying technology

The conversation around technology in surveying has moved on.

Surveyors are no longer asking whether AI has a place in their workflow, they're asking how to use it properly, safely and in a way that genuinely supports their professional judgement.

That's exactly what we came to show.

Throughout the day, visitors saw Surventrix IQ working in real surveying scenarios, with Vision IQ and Writer IQ demonstrating how AI built specifically around the needs of surveyors can support the reporting process, rather than replacing the expertise behind it.

We also showcased the CRM and business management tools within the Surventrix platform, helping firms of every size manage enquiries, jobs and clients in one place, alongside the surveying workflow itself.

One Platform. Total Compliance.

Nobody else at the Expo brought together AI, CRM and survey technology in a single, connected platform, and the response from visitors made it clear how much that matters to the profession.

Stream drew plenty of attention, with visitors seeing first-hand how recording video while moving through an inspection creates a rich visual record that supports reporting and provides valuable evidence long after the inspection has taken place.

For many surveyors, it was the first time they'd seen video capture fit so naturally into the wider workflow, and the questions kept coming all day.

Conversations that shape what we build

As always, the best part of the day was speaking directly with surveyors.

Independent surveyors, growing practices, larger firms and students just starting their careers all stopped by to share their experiences, challenges and ideas. That feedback continues to influence the technology we develop, and we left Coventry with plenty to think about.

It was especially good to meet so many SAVA students and talk about how Surventrix can support them from the very start of their careers.

Thank you

A huge thank you to everyone who visited the stand, took part in a demonstration and signed up for Surventrix on the day. We're delighted to welcome so many new surveyors and firms to the platform, and we're looking forward to helping you get up and running.

Thank you also to the Sava School of Surveying for organising another excellent Expo, bringing the profession together for a day of learning, networking and looking ahead.

Wake up your workflow

Of course, a long day at the Expo needs fuel, and our branded Surventrix iced lattes proved a big hit with visitors.

With "Wake up your workflow" on every can, they were the perfect way to keep energy levels up while surveyors explored the platform, and a fitting reminder of what Surventrix is all about: helping surveyors work smarter, faster and with more confidence. Judging by how quickly they disappeared, we may need to bring a few more next year!

Missed us at the Expo?

If you couldn't make it to Coventry, or you'd like to pick up where we left off, we'd love to show you what Surventrix can do. Book a demo with the team and see how the platform supports the entire surveying workflow, from inspection to report.

One system. More possibilities.
